Courtney graduated from AUT in 2016. Courtney enjoys rehabilitating injuries back to a high level of function. Through her experience with a vast amount of sports teams it has given her the ability to identify movement patterns and biomechanics that could be causing injury and preventing optimal performance.
Courtney has a passion for sports physiotherapy and has worked along Several Sports teams with her most enjoyable being rugby. She also enjoys that physiotherapy enables her to work with a vast majority of age ranges such as children and elderly. This makes every day different which is what she loves about the job.
Courtney is a keen gym goer herself who enjoys doing High intensity hit classes. She also has a passion for a healthy well balanced lifestyle.
Her treatment techniques involves exercise Based prescription, involving mobility and strengthening, dry needling and hands on treatment.
